Sun Nov 4th Day workshop 10am - 5pm

Science Meets the Arts: Creative Responses to Climate Change

An invitation to explore and inhabit the climate adventure

How do we meet the challenge of responding to and communicating climate science? Communicating climate change requires an ‘explosion of creativity across society'.

This experiential day workshop brings together climate science researchers at Oxford University with local artists, writers and musicians. Hear the science direct from the scientists and take part in a choice of arts workshops to engage your own creative response. Workshops include creative writing (with Steve Larkin, local poet, co-creator of Hammer and Tongue), music, clowning (with Jonny Hoskins - clown and drama teacher) and visual arts. All welcome.
